ORELLI PARIS – SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
At Orelli Paris, we operate in the premium beauty and personal care segment. Our products are formulated, packed, and sealed under strict quality standards. Due to the hygiene-sensitive and personal nature of cosmetic products, we follow a limited and controlled return & refund policy to protect our customers, our formulations, and our brand integrity.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
⚠️ During high-volume periods (launches, sales, festive seasons), processing may take slightly longer. This is normal and not a ground for cancellation.
1.2 Shipping Timelines
- Domestic (India):
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch. - Remote / Tier-2 / Tier-3 locations:
Delivery may take 7–10 business days. - International Shipping (if applicable):
Timelines vary by destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
1.3 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout.
- Promotional free shipping offers are temporary and conditional.
1.4 Tracking Information
- Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email / SMS / WhatsApp.
- Orelli Paris is not responsible for courier delays once the package is handed over to the logistics partner.
1.5 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- If an order fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Refusal to accept delivery
- The order will not be eligible for refund. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
2.1 NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY (STANDARD)
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons:
Orelli Paris does NOT accept returns or refunds on opened, used, or partially used products.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Skin reaction or personal sensitivity
- Preference issues (texture, fragrance, results, expectations)
- Delayed delivery
- Promotional or discounted purchases
Cosmetics are personal-use items, and once shipped, they cannot be resold or reused.
2.2 ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND / REPLACEMENT (EXCEPTIONS ONLY)
Refund or replacement will be considered ONLY in the following cases:
1.Damaged Product on Arrival
- Product received is physically damaged or leaked during transit.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
- Product does not match the order placed.
3. Missing Product
- An item is missing from a prepaid order.
2.3 STRICT CLAIM CONDITIONS
To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing:
- Sealed package
- Shipping label
- Product condition
- Clear photos/videos must be shared via email.

Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
2.4 REFUND METHOD
- Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time:
- 5–10 business days after approval
- Bank processing time may vary
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
2.5 REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Replacement (not refund) will be the first resolution option.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- Only one replacement per order is allowed.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, no cancellation is allowed.
3.2 Order Cancellation by Orelli Paris
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
- Inventory mismatch
- Force majeure events
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. ALLERGIC REACTIONS & SKIN SENSITIVITY
- Individual skin responses vary.
- We strongly recommend a patch test before full use.
- Orelli Paris is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse effects caused due to personal skin conditions, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are borne by the customer.
- Orders seized or delayed by customs are not eligible for refund.
6. POLICY ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION
Orelli Paris reserves the right to:
- Reject repeat claims from the same customer
- Block accounts involved in fraudulent activity
- Take legal action if false claims or chargeback abuse is detected
7. FINAL DECISION RIGHTS
All refund, replacement, and cancellation decisions made by Orelli Paris are final and binding.
